Refund policy

• Returns: We accept returns on all products (excluding chamois pants, bikes and hydration). Returns accepted within 30 days of purchase, provided products are in original condition, with packaging intact and tags attached. Returns accepted at discretion of management.
• If you are exchanging a product, there will be a shipping fee on the new products sent out. $8 on small products, $20 on oversize products and ebike batteries.
