Shipping: We offer free shipping on orders over $250 spend. $8 shipping on all orders under $250. Extra charges apply to oversize items such as bikes (including kids bikes), ebike batteries, backpacks, bike bags, full face helmets etc.
Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

- Returns: We accept returns on all products (excluding chamois pants, bikes and nutrition). Returns accepted within 30 days of purchase, provided products are in original condition, with packaging intact and tags attached. Returns accepted at discretion of management. Shipping costs for returns are at customers expense. There will be no refund on shipping rates.
How to make a return: 1. Please email sam@topgearcycles.co.nz or reply to your order confirmation email requesting a return. 2. Once confirmation is received, send items to: Top Gear Cycles, 40 Runanga Street, Taupo, Waikato, 3330, 07 377 0552. 3. Products will be refunded to your original payment method on confirmation of the product requirements above.
