We strive to process and ship all orders in a timely manner, working diligently to ensure that your items are on their way to you as soon as possible. Please allow up to 7 business days for all orders and add an extra day for rural addresses and public holidays.

If for any reason you wish to return an item, we invite you to reach out to our team for assistance, and we will evaluate every return request with care and consideration. Please note, there will be no returns accepted for any used items, chamois shorts and all bikes. All returned items needs to be unused, in new condition, with all packaging/labels attached as delivered.
